Tradition three's 38th anniversary celebration

June 10 & 11, 2022

It’s been two years since we’ve had an anniversary celebration so we thought we would keep it close to home, and keep it simple.

Friday, June 10th - Potluck begins at 5 PM.

The open meeting begins at 7 PM. The topic is “The Four Paradoxes of Alcoholics Anonymous”. The topic this year came from one of the personal stories in the second edition and was not reprinted. This short, but powerful story was written by John P. and is entitled “The Professor and the Paradox”.

1.  We  surrender to win

2.  We give away to keep

3.  We suffer to get well

4.  We die to live

Saturday, June 11th - Big Book Study begins at 9 AM as usual.

At 5 PM We will be celebrating Tradition Three’s THIRTY EIGHTH ANNIVERSARY with a indoor/outdoor (weather permitting) barbecue. Tradition Three will provide burgers, brats, beans, coleslaw, and chips so please bring a dessert or an alternative side dish to pass.

The open meeting begins at 7 PM with one-year speakers, TIII history by co-founder Pete G. as well as a guest speaker from Minneapolis.

The cost for the potluck is $10. They are available for purchase from multiple TIII members and are being announced at meetings.

If you are unable to purchase a ticket please see one of the ticket sellers as there are dinners that have been sponsored by T III members available.

In love and service,

The TIII Anniversary Committee
